I didn’t know exactly what to expect from the treatment but as soon as I came into the treatment space I felt immediately at ease. The treatment was incredible, nothing was expected of me and it was a chance to fully relax and feel safe.

I experienced some very comforting sensations and my whole body benefitted from being able to relax and fully immerse into the range of different sounds and frequences. I was not expecting the different sounds to impact me in the ways that they did and by the end of the treatment I felt physically lighter as if I had been wearing armour and it had finally been removed.

I don’t feel so shut down, tense, upset or on edge as I did and the sounds feel like they have exfoliated the inside of my skin, getting rid of excess bad energy or stress which had been weighing me down.

I would definitely recommend this treatment to anyone who is tense, anxious and in need of relaxation because it makes you feel so much better!!
